Anderson Historic District · Lake Hartwell · North Anderson · Concord area · Highway 81 corridor
Anderson has called itself the Electric City since 1895, when it became the first city in the South with continuous hydroelectric power. We enjoy installing permanent LED lighting here more than we probably should.
Anderson is really two jobs. In town, the historic district and the older neighborhoods want the channel to disappear in daylight. Out on Lake Hartwell, the homes get lit on both sides: the street elevation for the neighbors and the lake elevation for the view from the water. Docks come up in nearly every Hartwell conversation. Anderson is a real drive from Greer, so we batch installs here. Call early for a December date.
Tell us where the house is and how to reach you — we'll set up a visit.
