About

What is Event Lighting?

Event lighting is temporary, professionally installed lighting for a single occasion — a wedding, a corporate party, a festival, or a grand opening. We design the look, install and tune it for the date, and strike it afterward, so the room or the venue grounds do exactly what you want for the night without you owning the equipment.

Options range from classic spotlighting and warm Edison-bulb bistro runs to fully programmable color that changes through the evening on cue.

Why Trimlight

Upstate weddings, venues, and corporate events

We light weddings, corporate parties, festivals, and grand openings across the Upstate, with more than 1,000 events behind us. Options run from classic spotlighting and warm Edison-bulb bistro runs to fully programmable color that changes through the night on cue.

Venue lead time matters. Book early for October and December, when the calendar fills first.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost in the Upstate? +

Our minimum install is $2,000. The front of a typical Upstate home runs $2,500 to $3,500. Landscape and architectural work starts at $2,000 and usually lands between $2,000 and $4,000. Event lighting starts at $2,500. Every number is set on-site, since roof height, footage, pitch, and access all move it. Financing through Wisetack runs up to 36 months with same-as-cash options.

How far ahead do I need to book for Christmas? +

Earlier than most people think. Our October through December calendar fills through late summer, and permits, HOA approval, and weather all take time out of the schedule. Booking in late spring or early summer gets you the best availability and our off-season pricing.
